"Pico de gallo" or "rooster beak" - a sauce of finely chopped fresh vegetables. This is a salsa sauce and is incredibly plentiful. Green salsa is most often prepared with avocado. In the simplest version, add onions and, of course, chili, because not a single Mexican sauce can do without hot pepper. A juicy chicken with a golden crust goes well with fresh vegetables, you can serve a dish on a tortilla, it will be very tasty.
Ingredients for breaded chicken schnitzel
- 2 chicken fillets;
- 1 raw chicken egg;
- 40 g of wheat flour;
- 40 g breadcrumbs;
- 1 avocado;
- 1 small onion;
- ½ lemon;
- 1 small red chili pepper;
- a bunch of cilantro;
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil;
- 1 dessert spoon of wine vinegar;
- salt, black pepper, frying oil.

Two chicken fillets with a thickness of about 1.5-2 centimeters, gently beat off with the edge of the palm of your hand, rub with salt on both sides.
